Tyler brings 20 years of experience in his role as Evergreen’s VP of regional development, where he manages single-family and townhome community development across the Southeast.

In 2003 Tyler became part of his family’s local grading business, through which he managed multiple crews for lot grading, clearing, and water, sewer, and septic installs. He later moved into commercial construction as a project manager, building out more than 75 medical and dental offices throughout Georgia. That grew into joining a private equity group (mcp), where he managed numerous properties, including commercial build-outs, spec homes, townhome developments, and custom homes. Another private equity group (honors) took notice and invited Tyler to join as national development director, which covered over 70 locations across six states for all maintenance, remodeling, and new construction.

Tyler resides in Cartersville with his wife, Katie, and three kids. He enjoys duck and upland hunting and spending time with his family outdoors.
