Adam is the broker for Evergreen Real Estate Services and specializes in procuring and disposing of land for builders, private equity groups, and his investment group and development firm.

Over his career, he has worked with The Nixon Landscape Group, where he focused on landscape design and installations for commercial and residential properties while later spending time as a project manager for residential home builder AG Properties. After graduating from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia his experience proved crucial during his years at Atlantic Station, LLC to help bring the $3 billion community of that name to midtown Atlanta.

In 2008, Adam joined Woodland Asset Management to help with site compliance and reporting while he also owned and operated a multi unit restaurant venture. Stuart and Adam created Evergreen Development and Evergreen Real Estate Services in 2017.  Since then they have brokered and developed thousands of lots and acres across the Southeast.

Adam has been a resident of Bartow County since 2007. He, his wife Ashely, and three children, enjoy local sports, the outdoors, and traveling. They are active members of Cartersville First Baptist Church, where Adam has served in various leadership roles including deacon chairman.
