WHO WE ARE
Evergreen is a land development consulting company that provides professional services by working closely with property owners, builders and site contractors to help budget, schedule, and execute all phases of development from preconstruction to final plat. Since inception, Evergreen has consulted on the development of thousands of lots across the Southeast, U.S. and has served numerous local, regional and national builder groups along with private investors and firms.
WHAT WE DO
The Evergreen team features highly seasoned and skilled project managers who monitor each phase of a project from due diligence to final plat, continually interfacing with field contractors and their clients to ensure the seamless completion of each project. We are also equipped to link field operations into costing approval to produce seamless billing which is filtered through our accounting department and project managers for approval and packaged for our client each month.
