Levi oversees Evergreen’s preconstruction and due diligence division. He spent 13 years in the Atlanta metro area as a project manager for a commercial general contractor as well as a certified residential and commercial property inspector before joining Evergreen Development in 2021. He is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, where he earned a BS in Construction Management with a concentration in Land Development alongside a minor in Business Management.  

A Cartersville native, Levi and his wife, Adrienne, have a daughter. His spare time includes duck hunting, fishing, and woodworking, but his favorite pastime is spending time with his family.
