Josh joined Evergreen in 2022 and works on the preconstruction and due diligence team. He began his career in fire, mold, water, and storm mitigation and holds certifications in asbestos abatement and testing, lead abatement, and mold remediation.

His experience includes eight years in the environmental science remediation industry in the metro Atlanta area. In 2017 he became a certified residential home inspector serving the greater metropolitan area. 

Josh lives in Cartersville with his wife, Patty, and three children. He enjoys cooking out with friends, college football, and backpacking.
