Ashley joined the Evergreen team in June 2022, quickly progressing to project management for the construction team. While completing a Construction Management degree from Kennesaw State University in 2021, he interned with Elite Engineering his senior year before accepting an assistant project manager position where he supported day-to-day operations. 

Ashley is engaged to his best friend, Katherine Durham. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, and woodworking.
